We had a friend click the camera for us (since it's hard to get a family picture when I'm the photog) so that we could have a picture in front of the Fortress. We will miss seeing our cute town everyday.
Here's a picture of us 3 years ago a couple months before we came to Germany (this was in San Antonio where James went for training).
I can still remember the anxious feelings of not knowing what to expect. I remember thinking, "Reilyn's going to be going into Kindergarten when we get back." I remember bawling at the airport when we said goodbye to my mom, Jadeyn, and Melani. And being scared out of my mind. We did it. We made it. We have learned so much. We have had so many hard times, and yet have been blessed so much. We are ready to come home and be near family again. Ready or not, here we come! :)

I think that your family picture by the castle turned out great. I know that everyone has to have a picture by the castle. Your picture looks natural though-not photo shopped in.
Wow, I just realized that Reilyn was about Kedrick's age when you left. How time goes by, we grow, we learn and we look back on life much wiser and more experienced. You have been blessed so much while you were gone! I was blessed so much to see you twice over there. Lots of fun memories...thanks for the sacrafice on your part! It will be nice to be closer.

Aww I love this post. What an awesome experience you've had. I can't believe you've been "away" that long. That is such a gorgeous family pic and one you'll look back on many years in the future. Hope the move and travels go smoothly for you guys!
It's really sad, but I gain most of my weight in the 1st two trimesters. Even if I'm not eating anything since being sick, my metabolism flatines and my body keeps every last calorie. So then my metabolism is revived in the 3rd trimester and it evens out. I feel like such a chub until I hit 6-7 months and then I'm somewhat back to normal with the weight in my belly. It's so backwards!

What a gorgous picture-I wanted one of those...but too lazy I guess to go all the way to downtown Wuerzburg with the whole family dressed nice from Kitzingen-ha ha!
